Orders and Shipping

Most orders are completed and shipped within 5-10 business days. If you are experiencing a delay it is mainly due to product or shipping. 

Simply locate “My Account” in the menu, if you are not logged in, the website will ask you to create an account.

Login to your account and then visit My Account to change your account information such as shipping, billing, or payments.

Credit card information is stored through a 256-bit encryption process and is not stored on site or in our database.

We charge only local taxes on orders. 

We ship to USA & Canada only currently.

Any items purchased that are received damaged will be replaced. If your items have no damage from shipping or during production, we do not replace them.

You may cancel orders within 48 hours of making them.

We offer pre-orders on some items, the website will tell you if the item is pre-order or not.
